Supervision

Our supervision services aim to ensure precise control and monitoring throughout the project process, taking into account technical aspects, legal regulations, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.

The duties of the supervising engineer are outlined in the service description, following the implementation of the Engineering System Law and Control of Construction approved in 1995 and the second section of the National Building Regulations (Administrative Systems) until the service descriptions for engineers are approved and promulgated by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. The duties of the supervising engineer are also described in the Article 100 Commission of Municipal Laws:
– Supervising the construction operations, ensuring that the building aligns with the specifications in the permit, drawings, and technical calculations.
– Issuing a certificate of compliance for the building with the permit, drawings, and calculations.
– Reporting violations to the municipality.
– Familiarity with electrical, structural, and mechanical drawings.
– Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and materials.
– Knowledge of national regulations, codes, technical execution principles, and valid national and international standards.
– Understanding of supervision principles and related techniques.
– Knowledge of low, medium, and high-pressure electrical systems.
– Understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair operations of electrical facilities.
– Familiarity with the design of electrical installations.
– Knowledge of safety regulations.
– Understanding of project planning and control.
– Ability to prepare reports for presentation to relevant authorities.
– Good public relations skills to establish positive relationships with the owner, contractor, designer, and others.
